Here at Team Hanson we have programmes for everyone, from beginners to seasoned fighters looking to train before their next match-up. Take a look at our programmes below.

Mini-Team Programme

Our Mini-Team Martial Arts Programme is for 5-7 year olds starting their martial arts journey.

This fun and engaging programme is built to boost confidence and teach children about discipline through the fundamentals of martial arts.

Kids Kickstarters

This programme is designed for children who are 8-13 years old who are new to martial arts.

Through Kids Kickstarters, children will learn self-defence skills from boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai whilst boosting concentration and confidence.

Kids Ninja Team

Our Ninja Team classes are for 8-13 year olds who have passed our Kids Kickstarter programme or experienced children who are ready for the next step.

These classes will be more advanced – working on sparring, advanced techniques and harder fitness circuits.

Ladies Only

A friendly female only martial arts programme, run by ladies for ladies! Both beginners and advanced students are welcome.

A great way to learn a new skill, develop confidence, lose weight and get fit.

Adult Kickboxing

Our teens and adults programme supports mental and physical well-being whilst learning the valuable life skill of martial arts.

We have classes for both beginners and advanced students. A great place to meet new people, relieve your daily stresses and create a happier, healthier YOU!

Private Training

Available on request

Personal training is available with one of our highly qualified coaches.

Sessions can be tailored to meet your needs, whether that be learning martial arts, weight loss or general health & fitness.

Schools & Community

As well as in-house classes at our facility, we can also provide boxing, martial arts, physical education and multi-skills sessions in schools and community centres.

Over the years we have worked with the likes of Honley High School, Newsome Highschool, North Huddersfield Trust, various primary schools and other community organisations.
